CONVERGENCE - COMMUNITY

The Indy Convergence is always looking for the folowing:

  • community partners: arts organizations, schools, community centers, rehearsal halls, religious organizations, especially ones who might be able to provide space for us to work

  • funders:  visionary individuals or organizations who would like to help us lay the groundwork for the Indy Convergence,

and to make our programs available to more artists and more community members

  • workshop participants: students, actors, dancers, artists, teachers, welders....anyone.
  •  volunteers: especially students or writers in Indiana who are interested in helping us publicize the Indy Convergence and our free workshops for the community

  • housing: we strive to provide housing for all visiting artists in order to make thier stay as comfortable and affordable as possible.  We currently house artists in homes of generous Indianapolis residents. Please let us know if you have a spare room(s) that an artist could call home for the duration of the Convergence.
  • rehearsal spaces: the more open studio space we can provide, the more art we can create

  •  In-kind donations: such as food, housing, equipment, or transportation services

  • publicity: writers who would like to observe our process or our workshops

Please contact Caitlin at indyconvergence@gmail.com and tell us a little bit about yourself and how you'd like to be involved.
